Yacht Decks expertise lies in the refurbishment and upkeep of a yacht’s teak decking. With yachting being an activity closely associated with high-end luxury leisure, their target audience is specific and enthusiastic about yachting. They look to cater to owners or caretakers of yachts.
The brief
To design and develop a website for Yacht Decks that better reflects their business offering that is in better keeping with the craftsmanship that their target audience is looking for and best responds to.
What we did
We redesign and develop the Yacht Decks website using the WordPress framework. Particular focus was given to the users’ experience and ease of navigation throughout the site, with a greater visual representation of Yacht Decks, skilled craftsmanship enabling their service to be more accurately perceived by their target audience.
We developed and designed a website that assists in creating a more appropriate sense of sophistication, by presenting the client's work in a visually aesthetic way to cater to their high-end clients. The website now serves as a portfolio of Yacht Decks skills and as such clients are continuously reminded of the utility of the product and the niche craftsmanship that goes behind it.
